Shipping Policy

We Make It Before We Ship It (Obviously)

All Crude Mood products are made to order — meaning your item doesn't exist yet. We're not sitting on a pile of inventory in a warehouse somewhere. We're making your stuff specifically for you, which is kind of romantic if you think about it.

Processing Time

Before your order even thinks about leaving our facility, it needs to be produced. That takes 2–5 business days. We know, we know — patience is hard. But good things (and crude things) take time.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship from Richmond, Kentucky — yes, that's a real place.

  • All orders: Free shipping. Yes, all of them. You're welcome.

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after production wraps up.

So from order to doorstep, you're looking at roughly 5–12 business days total. Plan accordingly.

International Shipping

We ship to a lot of places. Like, a lot of places.

  • Free international shipping to the EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and many more countries. Check out at checkout to see if your country qualifies (we tried to make that sentence less confusing, we failed).
  • Everyone else: Carrier-calculated rates will be shown at checkout. We don't make these up — that's on the carriers.

Estimated international delivery: 7–20 business days after production, depending on your location and how your country's customs feels that day.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

  • Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. That's between you and your government — we can't help you there.
  • Tracking: You'll get a tracking number once your order ships. Use it. Love it.
  • Wrong address? Double-check your shipping address before you hit that order button. We ship to where you tell us to, and fixing a wrong address after the fact is a headache for everyone.
